Roles at Clarity

  • Operational Bookkeeper (Junior or Senior)

    As a Jr. or Sr. Operational Bookkeeper, you’ll be the backbone of our day-to-day operations—handling weekly and monthly tasks, keeping books accurate and up to date, and owning month-end close. This is a behind-the-scenes role with minimal client interaction, where your focus will be on precision, consistency, and maintaining momentum in the financial workflow.


    You’ll also collaborate closely with our team to resolve issues, troubleshoot discrepancies, and streamline processes so everything runs smoother month after month. This role is perfect for someone who loves digging into the details, thrives in a structured environment, and finds satisfaction in making financial systems efficient and reliable.

  • Account Manager

    More than just numbers; this role is about relationships. You’ll be the primary contact for clients, making sure they feel supported, informed, and valued. From guiding them through reports to spotting trends, you’ll help turn financial data into actionable business insights.


    Behind the scenes, Account Managers also bring advanced bookkeeping knowledge to the table. You’ll perform quality control on financials prepared by our bookkeeping team, ensure everything ties out cleanly, and provide interpretation that helps clients understand the “why” behind their numbers. You’ll anticipate client needs, answer questions with clarity, and offer advisory-level support that keeps their businesses on track.

  • Operations Assistant/Manager

    Every smooth-running firm needs a backbone, and that’s where this role shines. As an Operations Assistant or Manager, you’ll help keep our systems and processes running efficiently so the team can focus on client work. You’ll support day-to-day operations like maintaining tools and platforms, updating client information, and ensuring tasks don’t fall through the cracks.


    As you grow, you’ll take ownership of projects, lead process improvements, and serve as the go-to for operational questions. You’ll oversee workflows, help the team stay aligned on priorities, and build efficiency into everything we do. This role is all about problem-solving, organization, and making sure both our team and clients feel the Clarity difference.
